- Bookmark feature
2) Include Your Company RSS Feed:
When submitting press releases online or adding blog posts, don't forget to promote your companies RSS feed for syndication directories to use within their search results. An RSS feed allows webmasters and publishers to easily view the last 10, 20, or 50 headlines from your company, and also gives them the ability to add those headlines to their own website.
Most blogging sites, article directories, and press release directories create a unique personal rss feed for each of their members. All you need to do is use one of them to promote online.
Once you have 5 or more posts within your personal RSS feed, submit it to RSS syndication directories online. Submitting an RSS feed is the same as submitting a business directory listing online. You can easily find numerous amounts of these specific types of syndication sites by simply searching within Google, Yahoo, or MSN.

3) Submit To Press Release Directories:
PR directories are a little different from news websites; they help to showcase your news information to media contacts, visitors locally, worldwide, and also help to boost your company’s traffic. This is the magic to getting the word out with little to no budget at all. There are literally 100's of good, well known press release directories online that will accept your news pieces for syndication.
Many of these press directories have already syndicated their news releases to distribution networks around the globe. In turn, they've already done the leg work for you. All that is required on your part is to create a business account, and then start submitting your company’s news.
Am I Guaranteed That Journalists Will Use My News?
Nothing is guaranteed, but you have to remember that the purpose of submitting press releases is to help with your public relation efforts. Online submissions may not go to print, but what's the difference when your sales start increasing and people start recognizing who you are!?
The key in business is to promote, promote, promote. Setting your company up with a news blog/website, promoting an RSS feed for syndication, and submitting news to press release directories will greatly increase public awareness and help to expose your business 10x better than if you didn't do anything discussed in this small tutorial.
